Welcome to the Sansbury Family Reunion page! We are so excited to bring together generations of our family to celebrate our shared history, create new memories, and strengthen the bonds that connect us all.
Our Family Story
Every great family has a story. Ours began with, Roger Walter Sansbury and who met in Janie Debois Sansbury and Walter Rogers Sansbury. They natively from Darlington, SC (Janie) and Walter (Florence) had who settled down in Parkton NC 28371. They bore our family today Haywood Sansbury, Major Sansbury, George Sansbury Jr., Walter Sansbury, Gladis Sansbury (Brewington), Queen Ester Sansbury (McMillian), Janie Catherine Sansbury (McKinnon), Elise Sansbury (Salmon), Lucy Sansbury (McNeil), Lilly Mae Sansbury, Mary Sansbury.
Over the years, our family has grown and spread across the United States, but no matter the distance, we have always remained close at heart.
Our Family Today
Today, the Sansbury family spans several generations and includes family members. We are a family of God fearing members, and we are proud of everything we have built together. The main siblings are known most widely for their singing.
Why We Reunite
We come together every year to honor where we came from, celebrate how far we’ve come, and look forward to the future. This reunion is a chance to reconnect with cousins, aunts, uncles, and loved ones — and to make sure the younger generation knows the rich legacy they are a part of. We like to rotate staying home one year (near Parkton, NC) then going away to support the reunions of the in laws.
